How to make Veggie Spooks foolproof?
- Slice the pepper side to get as large of a flat area to create ghosts.
- Slice the cucumber slanted to give it more of a goblin spooky look.

Veggie Spooks! Ghost and Goblins with spider dip
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 2 colored peppers
Simple yogurt dip
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt or dairyfree alternative
- 1 tsp granulated garlic or garlic powder
- 1 tsp dry dill
- 1/4 tsp sea salt or himalayan salt
Instructions
- Slice cucumbers on a slate to make spookier looking. Use the steel straw to make eyes. For the mouth make a few holes and make a circle with the straw to make the mouth bigger.
- Slice the sides of pepper off. Then make about 5-6 ghost. Use steel straw to make eyes and optional mouth!
- Assemble peppers and cucumbers onto the Halloween platter.
Spider Dip
- Mix yogurt, dill, granulated garlic, and salt. Pour into dip container.
- Slice green or black olive vertically in half then slice horizontally to make spider legs.
- Use a whole or vertically halved olive to make the body. Assemble spider body and legs onto the top of the dip.
