A fun way to make your charcuterie wintery and fun for the holidays or any winter month. You need three white items for the middle - any three options of round cheese, or 3 dips in white bowls, or a variety. I used one large Burrata for the head, pepper corns for the eyes and mouth (I wouldn't suggest eating them!) then a small carrot for the nose. I used a white dip (yogurt with dill, garlic powder and two pinches of salt) in a white container. Third white circle - I used cooked brie with pecans, maple syrup and fig jam). You can use Lively Life's vegan cheese recipe which I love making - its so good, high in protein, and good fats.

Instructions
Place the three white snowman items in the middle, add peppercorns for eyes and mouth, and small end of carrot for the nose.
Start adding additions as suggested above - and have fun creating your platter starting near the snowman and going out from there. Do Spirals, or straight lines, variety is great.
For the uncured meat - I used toothpicks to ripple them to get the look. A great idea could be ripple uncured meat, cheese piece and tomato or olive on a toothpick so people can pick up the toothpick and enjoy!
Have a bowl for used toothpicks.
Think about keeping anything more wet or damp - like olives away from the crackers.
Have fun! People will enjoy your platter. Happy Winter!!!
