Raw Coconut-Almond Macaroon Balls

Super simple and delicious! I love shredded unsweetened coconut flakes! They create so many good treats. Servings can vary from one to 8 people (one each)!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup almond flour or meal
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or raw honey
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla or almond extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix in small food processor or small bowl by hand, roll into balls. Store in fridge or freezer.
