Quick Chicken Broccoli Mushroom Dinner

FAST Dinner - this is one we make often. I love making dinners that you prepare within 10 min then throw it in the oven for fast dinner. This is Paleo, gluten-free, dairyfree, and keto friendly.

- 4 chicken thighs or 8
- 1 broccoli crown - cut into florets
- 9 medium bella mushrooms larger chunks
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven 400 F (200C).
Saute chicken in large dutch oven, large cast iron skillet or frying pan. 5 minutes each side.
While frying, cut broccoli into florets and mushrooms into chunks.
Take chicken out of pan or to side. Place broccoli and mushrooms in.
Shake on lots of nutritional yeast, add salt and pepper.
Put lid on and put in oven for 20 min- check and if needed continue for another 5 min.
