Quick Chicken Broccoli Mushroom Dinner

FAST Dinner - this is one we make often. I love making dinners that you prepare within 10 min then throw it in the oven for fast dinner. This is Paleo, gluten-free, dairyfree, and keto friendly.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken thighs or 8
  • 1 broccoli crown - cut into florets
  • 9 medium bella mushrooms larger chunks
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven 400 F (200C).
  • Saute chicken in large dutch oven, large cast iron skillet or frying pan. 5 minutes each side.
  • While frying, cut broccoli into florets and mushrooms into chunks.
  • Take chicken out of pan or to side. Place broccoli and mushrooms in.
  • Shake on lots of nutritional yeast, add salt and pepper.
  • Put lid on and put in oven for 20 min- check and if needed continue for another 5 min.
