Peach Chia Jam - or Any Fruit

So fast and easy - you can make this with fresh or frozen jam. Eat up quickly cause it last one week, but won't last that long in your kitchen cause it's so delicious.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 2 cups any fruit (fresh or frozen) Combinations or one fruit
  • 1-2 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon (optional and depending on your fruit)

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to food processor or blender. Blend.
  • Use or let set in fridge. Stays good in the fridge for up to one week. Or put date on container and freeze for up to 6-12 months. Please ENJOY!
