Parsley Garlic Sauce is a fast and easy way to create a nutrient dense spread that your family will enjoy on toast with breakfast, on sandwiches, mixed into a salad dressing, roasted with meat or vegetables, added to create a dip sauce like yoghurt or on vegetables and meat as a fresh sauce.

- 2 cups parsley Can use Cilantro or basil, from your garden or store.
- 1/4 or 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/2 to 1 to 2 cloves garlic Depending on your garlic and your taste!
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
Chop Parsley or other herbs.
Add all ingredients to Blendtec Twister or Nutribullet, or blender. Blend. Enjoy!
