Finger Food with delicious orange, honey & fennel sweetness. This has a unique and satisfying taste. If you love finger foods with a touch of sweet - this is for you! This recipe includes three of my past recipes - Easy dough, whipped feta dip, and cashew cheese for vegan option in feta dip.Serve with other appetizers or as a dessert with coconut whipped cream
1 food processor or some blenders may be able to do it, if not just add a little water

Ingredients
Make the Orange Zest Honey Water
1tbsporange zest
2tbsp honey
1/2tsp fennelor 1 star anise
2cups water
Whipped Honey Feta with Cashew Cheese
1/2cupcashew cheeseyou could use greek yoghurt
80gramsfeta
1/2 tsp honey
2tbsporange honey water
2 Ingredient Dough
1cupflour or gluten free flour
3/4cupGreek yogurt or alternative plain yogurt
1 tbspGreek yogurt or alternative plain yogurt
1/2tbspbaking powderoptional
1tbspgrinded flax or chia seedoptional - for added fiber!
Instructions
Mix Dough in medium bowl.
Make Orange Water, Boil for 10 min orange rinds, water, honey and fennel. Then strain the solids and use with a cheese plate appetizer. Add half the water to the Whipped Feta above and keep half to brush on twist
In food processor whip all Whipped Feta Ingredients.
Roll out dough - I do it on parchment paper with flour of choice so you can lift it off if you need to. And for baking.
Put Whipped Feta with orange on half of the dough. Fold dough as pictures.
Then cut in strips and twist slightly, not too much. Keep the goodness in.
Brush on orange honey water onto top of dough twists. If you run out - melt some butter and brush remainder.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 min - golden brown, little darker on edges
