Ingredients
1
cauliflower
medium
In a mug or small bowl - mix sauce
2
tbsp
miso paste
2
tbsp
coconut aminos
2
tbsp
water
2
tbsp
avocado oil
or olive oil
2
cloves
garlic
minced
1
thumb-size
ginger
grated
1
tbsp
tapioca flour
or arrowroot flour (or cornstarch)
pepper
to taste
1/2
tsp
maple syrup
or honey
After it is baked add
3
green onions
scallions - sliced
Instructions
Preheat oven at 375oF (190oC).
Cut cauliflower florets - the smaller the faster it will bake.
Whisk sauce ingredients together.
Toss cauliflower in the sauce.
Bake in oven for 40 min, then on broil for 1-2 minutes with no lid - watch the cauliflower on broil.
OR air fry for 10 min, shake half way.
