This is sooooo delicious and I will give you options on creating it. The key are the raw cashews soaked in water! If you don't have raw cashews which are used lots on the healthy side of vegan foods.
1cupcoconut milk or herbal tea or almond milkIf you are using the coconut cream of the canned coconut milk for another recipe, use the coconut liquid for your smoothie - don't throw it out.
5-7 strawberries (fresh or frozen work great)
1/2cupraw cashewsor use hemp seeds or use raw almonds or combination
Instructions
In a Blender or Nutribullet, add one cup of coconut water or herbal tea, ½ cup of cashews, 5- 7 strawberries ~ 1 to 1 ½ cup (frozen or fresh). Blend.
If too thick, add ¼ cup of herbal tea or water.
To create popsicles, pour into a popsicle container.
