Here's a white delicious, healthy icing that people will love! So simple! An easy go to icing recipe for cake lovers or use it as a cream for berries and fruit! I have made it two ways depending on how much I needed. I will share my secrets in the recipe.Big Batch - recipe first, followed by Small Batch
1 cupGreek yogurt or alternative plain yogurtex. coconut
1tbspmaple syrup
1tsppure vanilla extractoptional
Small Batch (small cake or just cream!)
1can coconut cream 5.4 ounces (160ml) or use the cream only from the coconut milk (milk can put in fridge overnight prior to making recipe)
1/2 cupGreek yogurt or alternative plain yogurt
1/2 tbspmaple syrup
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extractoptional
Instructions
With Hand Mixer - blend ingredients.
Apply to cake if you like runny frosting like in the berry cake example, or for cream with berries and fruit.
For stiffer frosting - Put in fridge for 4 hours or overnight. Use for fruit dip or on cake.

ADD COLOR - to add color - use Beet powder for red, dried blueberry powder for blue or matcha tea powder for green. Other options include Color Kitchen or Watkins for natural color dyes.
