Delicious healthy chocolates! If you don't have a mold - you can make it like chocolate bark and spread it out on baking sheet - freeze! For Chocolate Fatties - freeze for 1-3 hours then store in fridge or freezer.
1 mold I used - Mrs. Anderson's Chocolate Mold Truffle Silicone
Ingredients
1/2 cupcoconut oil
1/2cupnut butterI used almond butter
2.5tbspcacao powderor cocoa powder
1tbsphoney or maple syrup
2pinchessea salt or himalayan saltOPTIONAL for when you crave salt too!
Instructions
Get chocolate mold from Amazon or kitchen store. Or make like bark.
Heat coconut oil and nut butter in a double boiler. I use Anchor measurement glass container with handle to put over pot with water. Put on low-medium heat and stir.
Add honey and cacao or cocoa powder then stir till thoroughly mixed.
Have the molds on a baking sheet to be able to move them easily.
Pour liquid chocolate mixture into each mold slowly.
Move to freezer and freeze for 1-3 hours. Store in an air-tight container in fridge or freezer.
Set in fridge when you are ready to serve. Keep in fridge till ready to serve. Enjoy!
