Chocolate Fatties - or Fat Bombs

Delicious healthy chocolates! If you don't have a mold - you can make it like chocolate bark and spread it out on baking sheet - freeze!
For Chocolate Fatties - freeze for 1-3 hours then store in fridge or freezer.

Equipment

  • 1 mold I used - Mrs. Anderson's Chocolate Mold Truffle Silicone

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup nut butter I used almond butter
  • 2.5 tbsp cacao powder or cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 2 pinches sea salt or himalayan salt OPTIONAL for when you crave salt too!

Instructions
 

  • Get chocolate mold from Amazon or kitchen store. Or make like bark.
  • Heat coconut oil and nut butter in a double boiler. I use Anchor measurement glass container with handle to put over pot with water. Put on low-medium heat and stir.
  • Add honey and cacao or cocoa powder then stir till thoroughly mixed.
  • Have the molds on a baking sheet to be able to move them easily.
  • Pour liquid chocolate mixture into each mold slowly.
  • Move to freezer and freeze for 1-3 hours. Store in an air-tight container in fridge or freezer.
  • Set in fridge when you are ready to serve. Keep in fridge till ready to serve. Enjoy!
