Fry sliced red onions and mushrooms
- 1 red onion
- 1 large portabella mushroom or other mushrooms - sliced
Boil Green beans for 2 min then place in ice water bath
- 1 lb green beans slice off ends
In casserole dish place beans, then fried red onions and mushrooms. Then add toppings.
Toppings
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese or vegan parmesan cheese
