The Dark Chocolate Goodness!
Start a small pot of 1.5-2 cups of water boiling.
In a small glass Pyrex measuring cup put the dark chocolate and coconut oil.
Place the Pyrex measuring cup in the boiling water pot as a double boiler. Stir while it is melting. (Another option is to use the microwave if you like).
Once melted add the last salt amount in the ingredients.
Take the balls out of the freezer and drop one at a time into the Pyrex measuring cup and rotate the ball or use a spoon to cover it with chocolate. Take it out and place it back on the parchment paper. Do this for each ball.
OPTIONAL: Then using the spoon drizzle the last bit of chocolate by moving your spoon quickly over the balls to give it an additional trace or line appearance.
Sprinkle with Himalayan salt. Put back in Freezer. Store in freezer till you want to eat them. Enjoy and Happy Easter!!
