Almond Butter Cookies - 4 ingredients (Peanut Butter Cookies)

Almond/ Peanut Butter Cookies: Healthy Cookie Using Almond Flour!
So easy and filled with good fats and protein that satisfies your food cravings. The cookie is not very sweet.
Add a little chocolate for sweetness and you have a great easy cookie.
These won't last long.

Ingredients
  

Preheat oven at 350oF (180oC)

  • 1/3 cup almond butter
  • 1 egg or flax egg for vegan
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp salt Optional - if you like salt! You could use 1 tsp if you really like salt! In mix and pinch of salt sprinkled on top.

Mix. Roll dough into small balls place on parchment paper, then wet a fork and press down

Optional - to sprinkle salt flakes or salt - but be careful. That's why I gave the option above of adding salt directly in the cookie!

Bake for 10-12 min at 350oF (180oC)

CHOCOLATE

  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips I like Enjoy Life brand

Use a double boil method or microwave for 1 min - and stir. Use a spoon or knife to put chocolate on one half like dipped or lines. See pics.
