Preheat oven at 400oF or 200oC in oven or Airfryer.
- 5/3 cups Greek Yogurt or Plain yogurt 1 cup and 2/3 cup for full recipe
- 2 cups Bob's Gluten Free Flour or All Purpose Flour Can do half Whole Wheat
- 2 tbsp psyllium husk powder (or grounded chia or flax seed) OPTIONAL - adds fiber
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt or himalayan salt
Mix all ingredients together in a big bowl. You can make it with just the two top ingredients.
For pizza, sprinkle flour on parchment paper (size of baking sheet) then roll dough on parchment paper. Move parchment paper with dough carefully to baking sheet. Brush on avocado or olive oil with minced garlic on the top. Bake at 400oF or 200oC for 5-7 min.
Put pizza sauce or pesto. Add your favorite pizza toppings.
Bake for another 5-7 min. Best if one pizza at a time. If you like Broiled. Do 5 min and 1-2 min on broil watching it!
