The Art of Using Your Voice

We need to watch how we talk to ourself, as in our inner critic. Discussed by my cousin Vanessa De Groot in her recent book publication – “The Art of Using Your Voice she uses fun Art to help change the inner critic voice, to help us in the workplace and home life. This book is a fun short read! My favourite line is “Not my circus, not my monkeys!”, so wish I knew this line at my old career. It would have made me giggle instead of my inner critic getting upset at work.

Losing weight is hard.Replace: The right information makes losing weight easy!
Diets never work.Replace: This is not a diet, it’s a lifestyle change I can do!
Examples of old beliefs with better new beliefs that align with the goal: to achieve better wellness.
