 About me

Hey friends! 

On the website I want to share recipes of what I truly believe in. Healthy Eats, Healthy Treats! Increasing good proteins, good fats in my diet, keeping carbohydrates for a balanced approach. 

I believe in Flexitarian diet – increasing vegetables, increasing fiber with vegetables and seeds & nuts, having fish 2-3 times a week, good quality of meat occasionally. 

I enjoy gluten-free, vegan options that have higher protein options. I do still use honey, please if you are vegan – replace with maple syrup or natural sugar that you use. 

Holistic nutrition changed my life, I sat in class and thought – wow that sounds like what my grandma use to make! Everything from scratch. I have healed my inflammation (sinus infections, bleeding gums), blood sugar imbalance, and adrenal support with food, mindset, and lifestyle changes. I hope by sharing my high protein, good fats and healthy carbohydrate recipes that it improves other’s lives, one Healthy Eat or one Healthy Treat at a time.
