This pudding is full of good fats, which help our body lose weight and stay healthy. Each cell membrane in our body is made of fats, we need to eat good fats for each and every cell to be healthy.

CACAO POWDER

Cacao powder is full of minerals with the highest source of magnesium of all foods. Magnesium helps reduce stress and is used to relax muscles. Cacao has high antioxidants, and excellent source of monounsaturated fats, cholesterol-free saturated fats, vitamins, protein and a more fibre and calories than cocoa powder and more bioavailable. Healthy superfood!

COCONUT BUTTER

Coconut butter contains all the rich coconut fats, fibre and nutrients. It is delicious on toast, pancakes, frosting for squares or cakes or drizzled on top of vegetables for that coconut taste. If you don’t have coconut butter you can easily make it, buy it or use coconut oil in this recipe. Here is Minimalist Baker’s version of coconut butter recipe.

Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Avocado Chocolate Pudding

Avocado Chocolate Pudding that is so yummy and creamy! I make this when I crave chocolate, want to feel full from my snack, fun breakfast or want a quick dessert for 4. Hope you enjoy it! Below is the amount for two snacks or 4 desserts. Super healthy and delicious.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or use 10 drops of stevia
  • 1 tbsp coconut butter or coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/8 cup cacao powder or cocoa powder or carob powder
  • 1 medium avocado
  • a pinch salt
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Put everything into a food processor (or blender that can do thick mixtures) and process until smooth.
  • Add raw nuts or seeds on top!
  • Keeps in fridge for 3 days.
