Super easy – whip ingredients together then put into truffle molds or create frozen yogurt bark on parchment paper.
Trickiest part is that the yogurt melts when you take it out of the freezer. So bring it out when there is a group and enjoy! It does melt in your fingers, and is finger licking good. People love these!

Halloween Yogurt Eyeballs!
Ingredients
- 1 cup yogurt or alternative yogurt
- 1.5 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
Mix ingredients together – and put in truffle mold. Freeze.
for Red Eyeballs
- 1 ml raspberries Mush together
For Black eyes
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp coconut oil
Heat chocolate chips and coconut oil in microwave 30 sec or double boiler on stove (water in small pot, mixture in anchor glass container). Stir.
Place mashed raspberries in one sandwich bag cut small corner (or use cake decorating).
Place chocolate chips and coconut oil mixture into another sandwich bag cut a very small corner (or use cake decorating).
Take molds out – and decorate with raspberries for red eyes then chocolate chip mixture for pupil.
Freeze in a airtight container. Enjoy!
