Ingredients
  

Fry sliced red onions and mushrooms

  • 1 red onion
  • 1 large portabella mushroom or other mushrooms – sliced

Boil Green beans for 2 min then place in ice water bath

  • 1 lb green beans slice off ends

In casserole dish place beans, then fried red onions and mushrooms. Then add toppings.

Toppings

  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese or vegan parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven at 350oF (180oC).
  • Fry sliced red onions and mushrooms.
  • Cut ends of green beans. Start boiling water. Blanch: Add beans for 2 minutes then place in ice water bath.
  • In casserole dish place onions and mushrooms then green beans.
  • Add Toppings : slice almonds, almond flour and parmesan cheese.
  • Then broil for 2 minutes. Watch. Then cover and keep warm at 200oF (90C)
