Almond Joy Dates are so delicious and so easy.

Coconut, chocolate, almonds and sweet date – Great combination for taste!

Healthy version of a candy bar favorite! Corn syrup free, dairy free and palm oil free —-> compared to the store bought Almond Joy Candy Bar.  

A really simple healthy treat! Give it a try – you will become addicted. These are super nutritious!

Easy – cut your date, take out the pit. Make the Coconut Paste and fill in the dates and add an almond. Want some chocolate added – dip in the chocolate recipe below.

Almond Joy Dates

So good - I bet you can't resist these!

Ingredients
  

  • 10 Dates

Open dates on one side, and take pit out

CREATE Coconut Paste - by mixing these together

  • 1/4 cup coconut butter
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 pinch sea or himalayan salt

Put Paste in dates, then add one almond to each.

  • 10 almonds

ENJOY!!!!

Chocolate dip sauce

  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips Enjoy Life Brand is amazing!
  • 1/2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 pinch sea or himalayan salt

Microwave for 10 sec and stir. More if needed. I just added chocolate to the bottom of the dates!
