These are so simple you will want to make these all the time!  These are great for the holidays – Christmas or New Years celebrations. Or keep them for your own indulgence in your freezer! This allows you to eat when you get that sweet craving – but it has no sugar, just a touch of honey or maple syrup.  These are great in small amounts to sweeten naturally, cause your body recognizes honey and maple syrup so knows how to break it down.  

Simple with only four ingredients!

Chocolate Fatties – or Fat Bombs

Delicious healthy chocolates! If you don't have a mold – you can make it like chocolate bark and spread it out on baking sheet – freeze!
For Chocolate Fatties – freeze for 1-3 hours then store in fridge or freezer.

Equipment

  • 1 mold I used – Mrs. Anderson's Chocolate Mold Truffle Silicone

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup nut butter I used almond butter
  • 2.5 tbsp cacao powder or cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 2 pinches sea salt or himalayan salt OPTIONAL for when you crave salt too!

Instructions
 

  • Get chocolate mold from Amazon or kitchen store. Or make like bark.
  • Heat coconut oil and nut butter in a double boiler. I use Anchor measurement glass container with handle to put over pot with water. Put on low-medium heat and stir.
  • Add honey and cacao or cocoa powder then stir till thoroughly mixed.
  • Have the molds on a baking sheet to be able to move them easily.
  • Pour liquid chocolate mixture into each mold slowly.
  • Move to freezer and freeze for 1-3 hours. Store in an air-tight container in fridge or freezer.
  • Set in fridge when you are ready to serve. Keep in fridge till ready to serve. Enjoy!
