Miso Cauliflower
Miso Cauliflower – this one is a meal on its own or a side for Holiday Dinners
Cauliflower is part of the cruciferous family – which means it is not only delicious – but helps our body detox by supporting the liver function. I try to eat a few cruciferous per week.
Miso paste is fermented soy beans, and adding fermented foods to our diet is great for our gut health. Our gut health is linked to our brain health, so a wonderful idea to have fermented foods in your diet every week, or daily if possible.
Here’s a fun recipe that is easy and delicious. Enjoy!
