An Easy & Quick Pizza Dough recipe will save you time, money and your can create it to your own signature pizza creation!

Gluten free flour option or all purpose organic flour. You can make it vegan using an alternate plain yogurt.

You can make Naan Bread by just rolling it out, brushing on oil and garlic then baking.

Toppings! Cheese on Top?

Let’s be honest – Everyone likes there different toppings on pizza. So go wild!!! If you need ideas let me know! If you are interested in vegan mozzarella recipe – let me know in the comments!

I personally love the cheese on top of the toppings! I grew up with cheese under the toppings. Then my brother went to University, and pizza in Kingston has cheese on top! We called it upside down pizza and I still make my pizza that way today. Give it a try!

Dairy Free Option?

Yes you can use dairy free yogurt (coconut, soy, nut based – cashew, almond), it may be runnier, so you may have to use more flour. Use a thick consistency, plain yogurt.

Can I Freeze it?

I have baked the crust for 6 min then put it in a plastic freezer bag, and froze it. It allows for quick pizza dinner! Just add toppings and bake!

2 Ingredient Dough (Gluten or Gluten free)

Easy and Quick Pizza Dough, Naan Bread Dough, and can be made into healthy desserts or appetizers like my Whipped Feta (orange or Chile) Twists. To be Published in March 2024.

Equipment

  • 2 baking sheets

Ingredients
  

Preheat oven at 400oF or 200oC in oven or Airfryer.

  • 5/3 cups Greek Yogurt or Plain yogurt 1 cup and 2/3 cup for full recipe
  • 2 cups Bob's Gluten Free Flour or All Purpose Flour Can do half Whole Wheat
  • 2 tbsp psyllium husk powder (or grounded chia or flax seed) OPTIONAL – adds fiber
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt or himalayan salt

Mix all ingredients together in a big bowl. You can make it with just the two top ingredients.

For pizza, sprinkle flour on parchment paper (size of baking sheet) then roll dough on parchment paper. Move parchment paper with dough carefully to baking sheet. Brush on avocado or olive oil with minced garlic on the top. Bake at 400oF or 200oC for 5-7 min.

Put pizza sauce or pesto. Add your favorite pizza toppings.

Bake for another 5-7 min. Best if one pizza at a time. If you like Broiled. Do 5 min and 1-2 min on broil watching it!

  • Note – you can make Gluten Free Flour instead of buying it.
    GLUTEN FREE FLOUR MIX
    1 cup of of nut/bean or gluten-free grain flour (I tested this with Garbanzo
    bean flour), 1⁄2 cup rice flour, 1⁄2 cup tapioca flour, 1⁄4 cup potato starch
    (or arrowroot powder), 1⁄2 tsp salt.
    I prefer Gluten free flours that have more nutrient dense flours. That's why I suggest the Red Packaged Bob's Mill Gluten Free Flour
