Lively Life focuses on inflammation health conditions including allergies, diabetes, skin disorders, heart disease, arthritis or any other condition ending in “-itis”. Chronic, low-grade systemic inflammation including above, as well as autoimmune disorders, acne, mental disorders, fibromyalgia, tinnitus or cancer. It can start as fatigue, swollen lymph nodes, sinus issues or chronic stuffy nose, or digestive issues.

My journey started almost 15 years ago. I had bleeding gums, repeated sinus infections and decreased immune system that required a change in nutrition, lifestyle and stress management to reduce inflammation (anti-inflammation strategies). Conscious Eating and Living pivoted my life towards wellness.
